In addition, the Hotel has a Bistrot with Italian and international cuisine, a Bar and a Courtyard for informal meetings or relaxing breaks, a fully equipped fitness centre and 7 meeting rooms.
The property is part of Marriott International which is the world's largest hotel brand and Westmont Hospitality Group.
We are looking for a Sales Executive.
Position Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to achieve hotel revenue targets. The role focuses on promoting the hotel’s rooms, meeting spaces, and services, while identifying opportunities to maximize occupancy and revenue across all market segments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify, qualify,



and develop new business opportunities within assigned market segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key accounts.
Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to promote hotel facilities and services.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and rate agreements.
Negotiate terms and conditions in accordance with hotel guidelines.
Account Management
Manage and grow assigned accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to strengthen business relationships.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information within the sales database and CRM systems.
Revenue Generation
Support the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify opportunities to increase room nights, meetings, events, and ancillary revenue.
