Develops and refining PSYOP concepts and messaging using academic research, behavioral science, and audience analysis to improve credibility and effectiveness.
Coordinates PSYOP planning with interagency partners, allies, coalition forces, host-nation stakeholders, academia, media partners, and commercial vendors
Supports media campaign planning and execution by aligning PSYOP messaging, dissemination methods, and targeting audience with approved media and strategic communication efforts.
Leverages government and commercial analytic platforms, including Maven Smart System and C2IE, to support PSYOP planning, targeting, and assessment.
Conducts executive/senior level briefings to GO/FO/SES decision makers to advise, familiarize and/or gain approval of recommended concepts, plans, operations, guidance, and/o
