Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
Experience in audit, technical accounting, or financial reporting.
Certifications:
CPA, CFA, or equivalent certifications preferred. Desired Attributes: Strong knowledge of U. S. GAAP, IFRS, and complex accounting concepts. Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide clear, actionable insights. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
Mandatory requirement: Minimum B2 level of English proficiency. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting software.
