Amazon is looking for a talented, customer-obsessed Program Manager Intern to be based in Singapore to help shape the future of our Data Centers. This team focuses on driving operational excellence, process improvements and optimization for our infra program managers.
As a Delivery Ops PM Intern, you will drive process improvement initiatives such as mechanism reviews, building reporting/dashboards and drafting project proposals to optimize our core tools/systems including engaging with our customers to understand their painpoints.
Key job responsibilities
- Assist in project management data validation and data clean up across a large volume of critical infrastructure projects in the system of record
- Gather business and functional requirements and translate the gathered requirements into robust, scalable, operable solutions that work well within the overall data architectur
