In this role, the candidate will support and guide the business unit by analyzing key performance drivers, identifying emerging trends, driving financial performance and helping shape actionable strategies to drive business impact.
Activities & Responsibilities
The candidate will be in charge of:
Acting as the primary business partner for the Head of Finance, influencing strategic decisions and driving business performance through robust financial analysis
Leading the Annual Plan and forecasting processes , ensuring timely and accurate reporting
Identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies, building business cases, and supporting teams in implementing cost‐saving measures and performance KPIs
Partnering with the New Product Development (NPD) team to assess financial viability and ensure alignment with NPD strategies
Providing insights into site performance and supporting decision‐making through strong business acumen and stakeholder management
Translating strategic goals into actionable short and long‐term operational plans
Conducting data analysis to support business performance and presenting findings clearly to key stakeholders
Evaluating past investment projects, comparing actuals vs. business case, and recommending corrective actions
Influencing senior stakeholders across functions, fostering a culture of accountability, performance management, and continuous improvement
Contributing to the evolution of Finance processes, tools, and reporting capabilities to enhance business partnering effectiveness.
Qualifications
The candidate should be analytical, proactive, and business‐oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across functions.
What the candidate will need:
Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering
6-7 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A; or Finance Business Partnering roles within complex multinational or FMCG organizations
