MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES :

As part of the Product Development Team within Acqua di Parma HQ,
the key responsibilities are:
Support in the creation and management of purchase orders, including budget tracking, service order follow-up and alignment with internal processes.
Support the team in the preparation of presentationsfor international meetings, shootings, brand events and other daily activities.
Operational support in Packaging development, coordinating sample requests with suppliers




Operational support in cosmetic formula development,coordinating sample requests with suppliers for tests and registrations, and uploading related documentation in the LVMH system. xykwogc
Monthly Sell-In and Sell-Out performance analysisof Colonia & Blu Mediterraneo product lines to support strategic insights and follow up of new launches of the above lines.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering (or related disciplines)
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent organizational skills
Proactive mindset, analytical approach and strong attention to detail
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage parallel projects with agility and ownership
Passion for Beauty, Lifestyle and Luxury goods
Previous experience or knowledge of SAP is a plus
Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus
