Digital & Social Corporate Content Senior Specialist In this role you will support Barilla’s corporate digital content strategy across key channels, aligning with global narratives and priorities. You will help develop and manage an integrated editorial plan, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure high-quality content. You will monitor performance, extract insights, and maintain a consistent tone and storytelling that supports corporate positioning. Support the execution of the corporate digital content strategy across digital touchpoints (social channels, website) in line with priorities and global narratives
Assist in planning and implementing an integrated editorial calendar, coordinating internal stakeholders and external agencies
Monitor channel performance, engagement,
and KPIs; contribute to reporting and derive insights for improvement
Maintain consistency of tone, voice, and storytelling across content to align with corporate strategy
Coordinate external agencies and content workflows to ensure timely, high-quality content under supervision
Contribute to digital innovation by staying updated on new formats and tools
At least two years of experience in corporate communications, communications and social media, or digital content management
Degree in Communications, Marketing, Communication Sciences, or related field
Fluency in English and Italian
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Results-oriented and proactive mindset
Ability to work effectively in complex, international environments
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
