/b /p h3Scope of the role /h3 pThe role is dedicated to further developing hot runner sales in the dedicated area, with very important relation and coordination responsibilities towards internal and external stakeholders.
/p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liEstablish and develop close business relationships at multiple levels with current and new potential customers and their end customers /li liCall prospective customers to qualify business opportunities and customer needs and assess Thermoplay potential /li liUncover opportunities for new equipment or refurbishing /li liRegularly prepare and develop clear precise customer presentations explaining Thermoplay products and services /li liAssist customers by providing technical expertise and product information, and offering solutions and recommendations /li liProvide a high level of customer sales?related service /li liRespond to requests for assistance with problems on moulds, hot runners, controllers or overall systems /li liWork cross?functionally with global sales, engineering, manufacturing, etc. representatives inside the group /li liValue sell advantages over competitors' products and/or services /li liGet RFQs, follow up on quotes,
and close sales /li liReport back to upper management written reports on customer needs, KPIs, problems, interests, activities etc.
/li liAttend trade shows and conventions and travel to existing and prospective customers /li /ul h3Education, technical and soft skills, competences requested /h3 ul liUniversity degree in the field of plastics: mechanical engineering, process engineering or technical training with relevant professional experience /li li3 to 5 years of hands?on technical exposure to injection moulding, mould making, design engineering and hot runner techniques preferably in a sales role /li liTechnical knowledge in the areas of hot runner assembly, repair, troubleshooting, process optimisation /li liGreat flexibility and willingness to travel in Italy and abroad /li li3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales with customised products /li liItalian as mother tongue – English fluent (both written and spoken) /li liExcellent commercial, results?oriented, relationship, team?working, organisational, problem solving and managerial competences /li liAbility to determine feasibility based on drawings supplied by customer, and/or information obtained from sales or application engineering /li liAbility to educate customers and offer additional tooling solutions and alternatives /li liMastery in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office Software /li liTeam?oriented with ability to work independently /li /ul h3Seniority level /h3 pMid?Senior level /p h3Employment type /h3 pFull?time /p h3Industries /h3 pManufacturing /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
