/b /p pbYour role: /b /p pAs a bTechnical Support Professional (Fire Security) /b, you will be part of the bSoftware Delivery Support organization /b within the bSmart Infrastructure Buildings /b business, contributing to customer success through the delivery of responsive, high-quality technical support for bSinteso/Cerberus PRO Fire systems /b.
Your day-to-day activities will include troubleshooting technical issues, supporting customers in the effective use of Siemens Fire solutions, and collaborating closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery and continuous product improvement.
/p pbYou'll make an impact by: /b /p ul liProviding technical support for Sinteso/Cerberus PRO systems and Fire Manager cloud applications, responding to customer inquiries and support requests.
/li liDiagnosing and troubleshooting software, application, and configuration issues related to Siemens Fire solutions.
/li liEscalating complex technical problems to RD teams and coordinating resolution activities.
/li liDelivering clear and effective support through phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring a positive customer experience.
/li liSupporting customers in the effective use and maintenance of Cerberus PRO and Sinteso products.
/li liFollowing up on support cases to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
/li liCollaborating with product management, engineering, and operations teams to improve services and customer outcomes.
/li liSharing customer feedback and technical insights to contribute to product enhancements.
/li liCreating and maintaining knowledge base articles, FAQs, user guides, and other support documentation.
/li liContinuously developing expertise on Siemens Fire solutions, support tools, and processes through ongoing training.
/li /ul pbWhat makes you a great match: /b /p pbCore Requirements /b /p ul liDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a Technical Diploma.
/li li3-5 years of experience in technical support within Fire Security Systems.
/li liKnowledge of networking concepts and BACnet protocol.
/li liStrong communication, customer focused mindset and problem solving ability.
/li liAbility to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
/li liProfessional proficiency in Italian and English.
/li liPassion for continuous learning and professional growth.
/li liEligibility to work in Italy.

The Total Target Cash (Base + Variable) Pay Range for this position is €*****–€***** annually.
