We are seeking a highly skilledMicrosoft 365 Migration & Identity Specialistwith hands?on experience delivering tenant?to?tenant migration projects and deepexpertisein identity, access management, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
In this customer?facing role, you will work closely with customers, architects, and delivery teams to design and execute complex migration strategies, ensuring secure, compliant, and seamless transitions with minimal business disruption.
KeyResponsibilitiesLead and execute end-to-end tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrationsacross Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, including migration strategy design, coexistence planning, and cutover execution
Manage and troubleshoot identity and directory-related challenges, including Entra ID (Azure AD), domain consolidation, federation, identity mapping, and user lifecycle management
Utilize QuestonDemand Migration, Migration Manager, or equivalent migration platforms to deliver secure and efficient migration projects
Assess andoptimizeMicrosoft 365 licensing modelsto ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business requirements
Implement and support Microsoft 365 security solutions, including Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Microsoft Defender technologies
Support Microsoft Copilot adoption and governancewhileprovidingbest-practice guidance to customers and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with stakeholders to define migration plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies, while producing technical documentation, migration runbooks, operational handover materials, and best-practice guidance for customers and internal teams

Job RequirementsProven experience deliveringMicrosoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams environments
StrongexpertiseinMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure AD),including identity synchronization, federation, identity governance,



and access management
Hands-on experience withmigration toolssuch as Quest On Demand Migration, Migration Manager, BitTitan MigrationWiz, ShareGate , or similar platforms
Solid understanding ofMicrosoft 365 licensing models, including E3, E5, Business Premium, add-ons, and advanced security capabilities
Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft 365 Security & Compliance, including Microsoft Defender, Purview (Compliance, DLP, eDiscovery), and Conditional Access policies
Experience supportingMicrosoft 365 Copilotreadiness, data security, governance, and user enablement initiatives
Familiarity withPowerShell scriptingfor automation and migrations
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
