Your role will contribute to this by providing a complete shopping experience for our customers and being an ambassador of the brand.
/ph3Key accountabilities: /h3ullipWelcome the customers in the store, address their needs and answer their questions and concerns.
/p /lilipTalk confidently to the customers about our products, values and history.
/p /lilipShow your passion for the brand to every customer and convey what makes us unique.
/p /lilipBe an environmental ambassador by leading on environmental initiatives and environmental storytelling, together with the Sales Associates and the environmental team.
/p /lilipCheck stock daily and restock when necessary.
/p /lilipCreate the best display for our products and maintain the store clean and tidy.
/p /lilipOperate the cash register, as well as opening and closing it.
/p /li /ulh3Pre-requisites:



/h3pIn order to succeed in this role, it is expected that you will have: /pullipExcellent customer service and sales skills.
/p /lilipPrevious retail or related customer service experience.
/p /lilipLanguage skills: native in Italian, fluent in English.
Other languages are a plus.
/p /lilipEnthusiasm and knowledge about our products.
/p /lilipWorking knowledge of computers; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
/p /lilipBe an excellent communicator and have organizational skills.
/p /lilipStrong linkage with the Patagonia business and mission statement.
