Responsibility: Cooperate with regional sales and local distributor; improve the satisfaction of end-user

- Responsible forregional technical support (on-line or on-site), make sure the Maglumi system works properly, improve the satisfaction of distributor and end-user
- Promote the reagent parameters and improve the reagent consumption per analyzer
- Collect the Maglumi installation information, and establish relationship and follow up the reference customers
- Give service training to local engineers and establish relationship with engineers from different distributor, keep on guiding and improving their technical skills
- Apply reagent and spare parts for regional distributor and return the corresponding spare parts in time and follow up the complains
- Other tasks needed from SnibeRequirements: Above 5 years'

experience worked in IVD area, have strong technical skills, ability to work independently and perform well under pressure

- Bachelor degreeor above in related subject
- Candidates withservice experience in total laboratory automation line (biochemistry & immunology) are preferred
- Good communication skills and hard working.
