As a Radar System Engineer, you'll be at the core of the system architecture: requirements, interfaces, integration, testing. It's the perfect role for someone who wants to understand how a complex system really works, not just a small part of it. What You'll Do (and why it's exciting)Design the architecture of Radar systems operating in real‐world scenarios.
Manage interfaces across RF, electronics, software, power — a mix that accelerates your growth.
Write and review technical documentation that actually matters (SRS, ICD, V&V;).Work with suppliers, internal teams, and industrial partners.
Participate in integration and testing — you'll see the system come to life.
Contribute to configuration management and non‐conformity resolution.
This is a role where you don't work on a "piece" — you work on the system.
Who We're Looking ForMaster's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, Aerospace, Mechanical or similar).1+ years of experience working with complex systems (automotive, avionics, railway also welcome).Strong Italian and English skills. Curiosity, drive, and a genuine desire to learn.

Nice‐to‐Have
SkillsExperience with Radar, RF, or advanced sensing. MBSE / SysML (Cameo, Capella).Scripting (Python, MATLAB) for analysis or automation.
Electronic or telecom engineering background.
What We OfferSalary range: 35k€–45k€, based on experience.
