ph3Job Description /h3 The Application Engineer will act as a technical expert in mechanical belt drive systems, supporting OEM customers, distributors and end users throughout the EMEA region. The role combines engineering, customer support and business development activities, ensuring the successful design, implementation and promotion of Megadyne's power transmission solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand application requirements, develop customized solutions and coordinate with internal teams to bring projects from concept to production. h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and develop belt drive solutions for OEM applications. /li liManage customized engineering projects from initial concept through production. /li liCollaborate with OEM customers to identify and solve technical challenges. /li liPromote new products and engineered solutions in the market. /li liIdentify new business opportunities, customers and applications. /li liWork closely with Sales and Industry Segment teams to support business development. /li liCoordinate with RD, Quality, Process Engineering and Manufacturing teams on product development activities.
/li liPrepare feasibility studies and interface with Pricing and Customer Service teams. /li liProvide technical support after product implementation and manage application-related quality issues. /li liDevelop and deliver technical presentations, workshops and training sessions. /li liSupport Marketing in the development of technical literature and product documentation. /li liAttend trade fairs and industry events to promote products and identify market opportunities. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in belt drive design. /li liProven knowledge of polyurethane and rubber belt technologies, including synchronous and frictional drives. /li liFluent English, both written and spoken. /li liAvailability for international travel. /li liStrong problem-solving and analytical skills. /li liExcellent communication and presentation abilities. /li liCustomer-focused approach with a proactive mindset. /li liAbility to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams. /li /ul pAnnual salary of no less than €45,000. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
