All benefits are applicable at company discretionKey Responsibilities:Recruit and train Tour Guides aligned with our Company ValuesBuild and maintain hiring and training plans to support all products needsLead Tour Guide meetings and training sessions both in-office and on the roadCreate individualized training plans for new Tour GuidesSupport, inspire,
and coach the existing Tour Guide team to achieve excellenceConduct live coaching via phone, Microsoft Teams, and in personRide along on tours to assess and support on-the-ground performanceAssign Tour Guides based on performance and operational requirementsAddress underperformance when necessaryEngage with travelers during toursProvide 24/7 emergency support to Tour GuidesManage administrative tasks while traveling and in the officeReview passenger feedback to inform coaching plansDeliver weekly reports to Regional LeadershipKey Requirements:Experience in corporate culture-driven hiring and trainingDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop people to achieve high-quality resultsStrong prioritization and decision-making skillsAbility to conduct effective 1:1 communication using feedback modelsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentConfident public speaking and presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to travel as requiredTravel industry experience preferredBy applying to this ad, you would be automatically giving Grand Circle your consent for processing your data in recruitment process.
