Role Description The Store Manager role at MOSHNEB is a full-time, on-site position based in Milan.

The Store

Manager oversees day-to-day store operations, including staff scheduling, visual merchandising, inventory management, and compliance with company policies. This role is responsible for leading and motivating the team to deliver premium customer service, ensuring that every visitor receives a luxury retail experience aligned with MOSHNEB’s brand standards.

Manager monitors sales performance, implements retail loss prevention measures, and analyzes store metrics to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and escalations, coordinating with corporate teams,



and maintaining a well-organized, safe, and engaging store environment.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on luxury retail experiences.
- experience in luxury furnitire showrooms
- Store Management experience in a retail environment, ideally in premium or luxury goods, with proven ability to lead and develop teams.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers, mentoring staff, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including cash handling, inventory controls, and adherence to security procedures.
- Experience with sales reporting, basic retail analytics, and use of POS and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a hands-on approach to daily operations.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian or additional languages is an advantage.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in retail; a background in luxury, design, or home décor is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Milan, including weekends and holidays as needed.
