About the role

As Store Manager, you’ll be the heart of the store: leading the team, driving performance and bringing the Flabelus universe to life every day.

You’ll combine a strong commercial mindset with warm, inspiring leadership, creating a space where both customers and the team feel connected, motivated and part of something special.

We’re looking for someone energetic, intuitive and results-driven, who knows how to turn strategy into action while keeping the magic alive on the shop floor.

What you'll do

Sales & Customer Experience

- Create a warm, memorable and personalised experience for every customer who walks through the door.
- Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while always protecting the quality of the customer experience.
- Analyse key KPIs such as sales, conversion,



average basket and individual performance, turning insights into clear actions.
- Build genuine customer relationships and encourage loyalty through thoughtful, personal service.
- Bring the Flabelus story, values and collections to life through every customer interaction.

Team Leadership

- Inspire, coach and support your team to perform at their best and grow within their roles.
- Create a positive, collaborative and motivating team environment where everyone feels involved and valued.
- Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback and celebrate both individual and team achievements.
- Organise schedules, shifts, holidays and daily priorities to ensure the store runs smoothly.
- Lead by example, bringing energy, ownership and the Flabelus spirit into the day-to-day.

Store Operations

- Ensure the store is always beautifully presented, organised and aligned with Flabelus visual standards.
- Oversee stock management, replenishment and back-of-house organisation.
- Manage returns, exchanges and online orders, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
- Guarantee that internal processes, documentation and operational standards are followed consistently.




- Anticipate challenges and solve them with a practical, proactive and positive mindset.

Strategy & Collaboration
- Work closely with the Retail, Marketing and People teams to bring campaigns, launches and brand initiatives to life in store.
- Share valuable insights from customers, the team and store performance to help improve the business.
- Identify opportunities to enhance sales, operations and the overall customer experience.
- Act as a true ambassador of the Flabelus brand, connecting the store with the wider business and helping shape its growth.

What we're looking for

We're looking for people who:

- Previous experience in retail is appreciated, but not required. What matters most is your positive attitude, passion for people and eagerness to learn.
- Are passionate about fashion and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Naturally connect with people and communicate with confidence.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Are proactive, positive and detail-oriented.
- Speak fluent italian and other languages will be a plus.
