LARUSMIANI is looking for aVisual Merchandiserto oversee the visual presentation of the brand across its boutiques, seasonal locations and hospitality partners.
The role combinesvisual creativity, planning and hands-on execution, ensuring that every LARUSMIANI space reflects the brand's identity and standards.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop and executewindow displaysandseasonal visual merchandisingacross LARUSMIANI boutiques, hotel spaces and partner locations, in line with collections, launches, events and commercial priorities.
Personally superviseinstallationsand set-ups, coordinating materials, products, props and display elements for each project.
Manage schedules, priorities and timelines across multiple locations, with regular visits to maintain and update displays to brand standards.
Work closely withMarketing, Retail and Styleteams to ensure consistency across all physical touchpoints.
Support special projects, events, pop-ups and temporary brand installations.
Locations
The role requires frequent travel across LARUSMIANI's current locations and partner spaces, including:




Milan · Porto Cervo (seasonal) · Lake Como (seasonal) · St. Moritz
Additional destinations may be added according to the brand's development and seasonal projects.
Profile
5+ years ofVisual Merchandisingexperience in the luxury sector, premium retail or hospitality.
Strong aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail.
Ability to translate a brand identity into compelling physical displays.
Fluent Italian and Englishare essential.
Availability totravel frequently, including during seasonal openings and special projects.
Excellent knowledge ofOffice Suiteandgraphic design software
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Hands-on approach and ability to manage installations directly on site.
Flexibility and problem-solving skills in fast-paced and changing environments.
