We're looking for skilled individuals to join our team as a Bartender and a Server at Ix-Xatt at one80, Mgarr Yacht Marina, Gozo.
JOB DESCRIPTION: - Craft / Serve a variety of cocktails and drinks with precision and flair, - Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with guests to ensure a memorable experience, - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety standards, - Collaborate with the service team to deliver seamless service during busy periods, - Ensuring our guests are welcomed and receive a genuine experience, - Ensure bar is prepped and ready for service, - Deliver service in a prompt and sense of alertness, - Mixology of new and standard signature and International cocktails, - Execution of beverages in line to set SOP's, - General upkeep of the bar and beverage stores.
