Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenHead of Salesto lead commercial efforts in France.
This role combines hands-on business development with strategic leadership, driving both revenue and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the country-specific sales strategy
Conduct market analysis, opportunity scouting, and customer segmentation
Drive acquisition of new clients and retention of key accounts
Collaborate with the Managing Director and peers across countries
Support international tender processes with market-specific insights
Work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Marketing
Promote HLPY's brand and presence in the local market
Qualifications
6+ xlwpduy years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in automotive, mobility, leasing, tech services
Experience in managing teams and leading commercial negotiations
Strong market knowledge and professional network in [Country]
