pOur client, a leading Italian Group in the pharmaceutical sector, is currently looking for a: /ppbr / /ppstrongTax Specialist /strong /ppbr / /ppThe resource will join the Finance team and report to the Italy Tax Manager. /ppbr / /ppstrongAreas of responsibility: /strong /pulliEnsure compliance with Italian tax legislation regarding direct taxes and VAT, including direct tax computation /liliManage current and deferred tax impacts arising from the application of international accounting standards (e.G., IAS 19, IFRS 2, IFRS 16) /liliHandle international tax matters such as dividends, CFC rules and withholding taxes /liliAnalyze and manage VAT-related issues (supply chain flows, triangular transactions, import/export), supporting the Finance function in correctly setting up processes from a VAT perspective /liliEnsure compliance with Italian regulations regarding indirect taxes /liliMonitor changes in Italian tax legislation and practice,



and contribute to improving internal tax procedures /li /ulpbr / /ppstronguRequirements /u /strong /pulliDegree in Law, Economics, or Finance. A Master’s degree in Tax Law or an equivalent specialization and/or qualification as a Chartered Accountant is considered a plus /lili2–4 years of experience in Tax, preferably gained in multinational environments, international boutique firms, consulting companies, or Big Four firms /liliExcellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
