Develop Process
Design activities during project execution phase in compliance with time, quality and budget requirementsCarry out process analysis and simulations to evaluate the efficiency of the processesPrepare Heat Material Balance SheetsCreate Process Flow Diagrams and Process Piping &Instrumentation; DiagramsEquipment sizing; Equipment and Instrumentation Process datasheet compilationKnowledge of international best practices and engineering standardsDefinition and sizing of linesPSV, Control Valves calculation and sizingHazOp, HazId supportPrepare Process Specifications for Request for Quotation (RfQ) and provide support for the technical process complianceAssistance to the various disciplines for the development of detailed designCarry out feasibility analysesEnsure safety, reliability, and efficiency of the plantsVerify compliance with quality, environmental and safety standardsKnowledge & QualificationsMaster's degree in chemical engineering,
from 5 to 10 years of experience in similar roles, good management skills of personnel and aptitude for learning chemical processes and production activitiesAdvanced knowledge of production processes, production methods and technologiesSkills in the use of process simulation software (ASPEN, HYSYS, others)Knowledge of AutoCAD basic featuresExcellent use of MS Office system (especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point)ExperienceProven professional experience in the chemical, petrochemical, refining or fuel sectors, with involvement or exposure to sustainability initiatives (i.E. strategic business repositioning, access to new sustainable technologies) or special projects concerning circular economy or energy transition. Any additional variable components and/or benefits, regulated by Standards, Policies and/or company agreements, will be illustrated during the selection process.
