We offer comprehensive professional development opportunities and the chance to shape the security of one of the world's largest cloud providers.bKey job responsibilities /bSecurity Operations ManagementulliManage on-site physical security operations for Data Centers /liliOversee access control systems, guard force operations, and vendor contracts /liliConduct risk assessments, security audits, and incident reporting /liliGenerate and analyze security metrics /liliImplement and maintain CCTV monitoring systems and media security protocols /liliEnsure protection of customer data through robust security measures /li /ulProcess and Policy ManagementulliImplement new security processes while maintaining compliance with Amazon policies /liliDevelop and execute security plans for special events /liliCreate evacuation procedures and emergency response protocols /liliEstablish benchmarks for security performance /liliDesign customized policies to meet internal and external regulations /li /ulRelationship ManagementulliBuild and maintain partnerships with internal teams (DC Engineering, DC Operations) /liliCoordinate with external partners (Vendors, Emergency Services)



/liliSupervise security contractors and monitor their performance /liliCollaborate with global security teams /li /ulProject ManagementulliDeliver security projects within specified timelines and budgets /liliProvide regular status updates to stakeholders /liliIdentify and address safety and security deficiencies /liliConduct data analysis to support risk assessments /liliTravel to other geographic regions as required /li /ulbBasic Qualifications /bulli5+ years in public or private security industry /liliCorporate/DC security experience with a global company /liliProven track record in business continuity and operational security /liliExperience writing and publishing security standards Technical Knowledge /liliStrong working knowledge of physical security systems and components /liliExpertise in security metrics and trend analysis /liliAbility to develop and deliver security awareness training programs /liliUnderstanding of crisis operations and risk management /liliExperience in managing daily operations and strategic program planning /liliTrack record of building international and cross-functional relationships /liliAbility to work independently and lead global teams /liliDemonstrated project management capabilities Communication /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills /liliConfident presentation abilities at all organizational levels /liliExperience in crisis communication /liliHigh attention to detail and accuracy Problem-Solving /liliAbility to analyze technical requirements /liliStrong decision-making and prioritization skills /liliResults-oriented approach to challenges /liliExperience in risk assessment and mitigation Other Requirements /liliValid driver's license (must use personal vehicle between locations) /liliWillingness to travel internationally /liliAbility to work in an international environment /li /ulbPreferred Qualifications /bulliLegal Investigative Expertise /liliComprehensive knowledge of investigative laws and practices /liliExperience conducting security investigations /liliUnderstanding of workplace safety regulations and compliance Technical Expertise /liliAdvanced knowledge of security technology,
