pChange Lead - SAP S/4HANA Transformation /ppstrongContract Opportunity | Hybrid Working /strong /pp strongLocation: /strong Italy, Serbia, Greece, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia or Poland /pp strongWorking Model: /strong Hybrid /pp strongContract Type: /strong Initial 6-month contract with extension potential /ppbr / /ppstrongThe Opportunity /strong /ppWe are partnering with a global organisation undergoing a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and are seeking an experienced strongChange Lead /strong to drive organisational change adoption across multiple business functions and geographies. /ppThis is a high-profile role within a complex transformation programme, where you will be responsible for developing and executing change strategies that ensure successful business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and user adoption throughout the SAP S/4HANA journey. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliLead the organisational change management workstream for a multi-country SAP S/4HANA implementation. /liliDevelop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned to programme objectives. /liliConduct stakeholder analysis and create targeted engagement plans. /liliDesign and deliver communications, change impact assessments, and business readiness activities. /liliPartner with business leaders, programme teams, system integrators, and local stakeholders. /liliDefine and track adoption, readiness,



and change success metrics. /liliIdentify change risks and develop mitigation plans. /liliSupport training strategy development and end-user enablement activities. /liliFacilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and stakeholder forums. /liliEnsure consistent adoption of new processes, ways of working, and technology capabilities. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequired Experience /strong /pulliProven experience as a Change Lead or Senior Change Manager on large-scale transformation programmes. /liliStrong track record delivering organisational change within SAP programmes, ideally S/4HANA. /liliExperience managing change across multiple countries and culturally diverse environments. /liliExpertise in stakeholder management, communications, training, and business readiness. /liliAbility to influence senior executives and business leaders. /liliExperience working in complex matrixed organisations. /liliFamiliarity with recognised change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongPreferred Qualifications /strong /pulliSAP S/4HANA transformation experience. /liliPrevious involvement in finance, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, or shared services transformations. /liliProsci, Change Management, or Project Management certification. /liliFluent English communication skills. /liliAdditional European language skills would be advantageous. /li /ul
