/li liLead bstakeholder alignment /b activities /li /ul pb3) Detailed Scheduling /b /p ul liBuild and maintain the bDetailed Sequence Plan /b /li liManage bProcess Order Release /b /li liOversee bBulk Batch Allocation /b /li liMonitor bSupply Chain End-to-End Performance /b /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in economics or engineering disciplines /li liAt least 3–5 years of experience in the role, with a strong focus on planning, demand/supply planning, production planning, or supply chain management /li liExperience preferably gained in structured multinational environments /li liExperience in regulated or complex sectors, such as pharma, biotech, healthcare, or industrial manufacturing, is preferred /li liExperience managing teams or coordinating internal and external stakeholders /li liStrong knowledge of SAP, particularly planning-related modules and functionalities (PP and MM modules) /li liFamiliarity with scheduling / advanced planning systems and capacity and production planning tools /li liGood knowledge of advanced Excel and, preferably,
data reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI / ClickView /li liExperience with ERP systems and demand planning / SOP tools is an advantage /li /ul pbCertifications /b /p ul liCertifications in Supply Chain / Planning are a plus, such as: ul liAPICS / ASCM /li liCPIM /li liCSCP /li liProject management certifications such as PMP or lean / continuous improvement /li /ul /li /ul pbSoft Skills /b /p ul liExcellent communication skills in English /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /li liAbility to work in complex, matrixed, and international environments /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pYour total reward package at AbbVie will be made up of multiple components, including compensation, well-being and benefits. /p pIn this role, you will receive base pay and incentive as per the local policy.
