Role Description The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of clients, and promoting BE&IM; SA’s tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, conducting sales meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, gathering feedback to improve offerings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and sustainable growth.

This is a contract role. It is a hybrid position based in Brescia,



with a mix of on-site client visits and office work, as well as some work from home.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Proactive approach to prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management, with good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and collaborate on tailored, sustainable solutions with internal stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setting in Brescia, including in-person client meetings and remote work.
- Fluency in Italian and good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
- Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
