driving revenue growth, key account development and commercial strategy execution while leading sales performance and team success across a defined regional market;will be responsible for delivering revenue and operational margin targets across your assigned territory (Lombardia and Piemonte) while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;will actively develop key accounts, execute the commercial strategy, and support business growth through structured sales activity and strong client relationships with mechanical and automotive companies;will manage an existing customer portoflio;will be part of the corporate team and will report to the HQ international commercial director;Your ProfileThe Company will consider applicants that meet the following requirements:Proven experience in sales management and key account development with mechanical or automotive companies;Strong negotiation and contract management skills;Ability to drive sales strategy, budgets, and forecasting;Strong use of CRM and ERP systems;Fluent English
