Ensure the development of electric and electronic hardware solutions with wellbalanced performance steps, delivering with quality and with modular scalability to support the transition to platform all company brands /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /ppDesign of Wiring Systems /ppCreates schematics and 2D/3D layouts of wiring harnesses. /ppDefines how electrical signals and power are routed between components (ECUs, sensors, actuators, HMIs, etc.). /ppEnsures correct wire types, sizes, shielding, and insulation. /ppbr/ppbSkills /b /ppMust have /ppUnderstanding of: /pulliVoltage, current, power distribution /liliSignal types (analog, digital, high-speed data like Ethernet) /li /ulpAbility to: /pulliCalculate wire sizing and voltage drop /liliEnsure correct fusing and protection concepts /li /ulpKnowledge of: /pulliVehicle communication networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
