Your Role You will become part of the Factory Systems Support (FSS) team, supporting the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing IT systems and industrial digital solutions. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment, working with local and global teams to ensure system reliability, security, and operational excellence. What You’ll Do - Support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of manufacturing IT systems and factory applications. - Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues within industrial environments. - Collaborate with local and global teams on the configuration and support of industrial IT and IoT solutions. - Contribute to system monitoring, documentation, and knowledge management activities. - Support software vulnerabilities remediation and technology improvement initiatives. - Assist in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution activities. - Support cybersecurity and compliance initiatives, including audit preparation and remediation activities.
Skills & Capabilities - Degree in Engineering or Information Technology or similar. - Good understanding of IT infrastructure fundamentals, including operating systems, networking, and system administration. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional and international teams. - A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and curiosity about industrial technologies and manufacturing environments. - Good organizational and communication skills. - Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
