A is focused on the development and manufacturing of anticancer drugs with high potency and cytotoxitc characteristics for the Pharmaceuticals Industry. /ppBSP has been at the forefront in the fight agains cancer since 2006. /ppInnovation is the hallmark of BSP with investments in new technologies and production methods in a high containment plant. /ppWe are one of the most important Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMOs) for anticancer drugs. /ppbr / /ppThe fight against cancer is ours too. /ppbr / /ppstrongWe are currently looking for a Technology Transfer Project Manager /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongMain activities : /strong /ppbr / /pulliCoordinate project Kick-Off Meetings and ensure alignment between technical requirements, project scope and approved quotation; br / /liliEnsure the correct application of Quality Agreements and Manufacturing Service Agreements for assigned projects; br / /liliPrepare and manage key Technology Transfer documentation, including TT Checklist, Gap Analysis, TT Protocol/Report, Project Timeline, Change Controls and BOM; br / /liliCoordinate and monitor project activities, timelines and milestones, ensuring alignment across all involved functions; br / /liliSupervise the planning and execution of Engineering, Feasibility, Optimization,
Clinical and PPQ batches during the transfer process; br / /liliReview key technical and validation documentation and coordinate the resolution of critical transfer or manufacturing issues; br / /liliManage project changes, CAPAs and invoicing according to project progress and agreed payment schedules; br / /liliEnsure an effective handover of relevant project information to the Business Manager. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongMain requirements : /strong /ppbr / /pulliMaster's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, CTF, Biology, Biotechnology or related scientific disciplines; br / /liliProfessional knowledge of English; br / /liliSolid experience in Project Management and Technology Transfer within pharmaceutical organizations; br / /liliGood knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment; br / /liliStrong organizational, communication and negotiation skills; br / /liliAbility to workeffectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. /liliGreat can-do attitude /li /ulpbr / /ppActual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
