In this role, you#39;ll focus on the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting the placement of IT professionals with our client portfolio across Italy. /liliAct as a key point of contact for hiring managers and client stakeholders, translating technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies. /liliAdvise clients and internal teams on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the Italian engineering landscape. /liliContribute to process improvements and recruitment best practices. /liliSupport employer branding efforts to position Prime Engineering Italy as an employer of choice in the engineering sector. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat We#39;re Looking For /strong /pulli1–5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a talent-related role.
