As a Retail Merchandising LG Coordinator, you will drive assortment and buying guidelines to support business opportunities while preserving brand consistency across collections and markets. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate merchandising strategy into regional outputs and optimize stock across channels. You will analyze performance, guide transfers and replenishments, and contribute to seasonal buying campaigns. This role offers influence over product presentation and retail initiatives at a WW level, with exposure to high-end handbags and luxury markets. You will engage with stakeholders to shape merchandising strategy and support sustainable growth.

- Analyze performance measures by Line/Channel (sell-thru, sell-in/out, best sellers, slow movers, KPIs).
- Monitor sales and forecasts; optimize stock across channels; propose transfers, cancellations, replenishments.
- Support guidelines development for regional merchandising teams during buying campaigns; define product assortment consistent with strategy.
- Review orders with regional merchandisers during/after seasonal campaigns; provide ongoing support to local teams.
- Collaborate with Collection and Visual Merchandising, Planning, Finance, and other departments on cross-functional activities to fulfill retail needs.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
- At least 4 years in fashion or luxury as Collection Merchandising, Retail Merchandising or Buying
- Deep product knowledge of the handbag category; competitor benchmarking experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical mindset with both quantitative and qualitative sales analysis
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication skills in English; strong presentation and listening abilities
