Job description

Verify your compatibility with this job ad For an important historical company in the apparel sector, operating in the mid-high range and present with four stores in Genoa, we are looking for a person to join the team with a strong passion for the fashion world, customer-oriented and with a strong sensitivity for the brand's image and communication, who can contribute to both the in-boutique experience and the company's digital presence. You will mainly deal with:

- assisted sales and personalized customer consulting, accompanying them in the choice of products and ensuring a high-level shopping experience;
- management and care of exhibition spaces and the store's image;
- support in visual and display activities;
- management and updating of website content;
- support in social media management and digital content creation;
- collaboration with the external communication agency that supports the company in managing its digital strategy and content.

Requirements:

- experience, even brief, in assisted sales, preferably in the fashion sector and/or in digital content, social media and/or website management;
- excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer orientation;
- interest and sensitivity towards the world of fashion, image and lifestyle;
- good familiarity with social media, digital tools and web content management;




- curiosity, initiative and willingness to learn;
- ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills;

You will become part of a consolidated and recognized reality in the territory, characterized by a dynamic environment with the possibility of covering a particularly varied role and developing skills in both retail and digital. The company offers an initial fixed-term contract, with concrete prospects of permanent employment. The classification will be defined based on the experience and skills of the person identified, with level 4 or 3 of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce. The position also offers the opportunity to cover a transversal role, combining assisted sales, store care and digital activities, in collaboration with an external communication agency.
