We are looking for a passionate and curious R&D; Intern to join our Research & Development team in Monza.
This internship represents an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate interested in cosmetic and medical device formulation, product innovation, and consumer healthcare.
The selected candidate will support the development of new cosmetic and medical device products from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain.
Key activities
- Support the formulation and development of cosmetic products, from laboratory prototypes to industrial scale-up.
- Conduct laboratory trials, stability assessments, and compatibility tests with packaging materials.
- Manage laboratory raw materials inventory, including stock monitoring, ordering support, and storage organization.
- Support the maintenance, calibration, and routine verification of laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
- Support the preparation of technical documentation, product specifications, and project reports.
Qualifications
- Scientific degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science, or equivalent scientific disciplines.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interest in cosmetic formulation, product development, and laboratory activities.
Attitude
- Curiosity, proactivity and passion.
- Detail-oriented with a strong scientific mindset.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously.
What we offer
?Location: Via Valosa di Sopra n. 9 – Monza (MB)
? Duration: initially 6 months.
⏰ Working hours: Full-time (38,5 hours per week), Monday to Friday (shorter hours on Friday)
? Lavoro da remoto: 1 day per week
? Monthly allowance: €900,00
?️ Meal vouchers: €6,00 for remote working days
?On-site Canteen.
This internship is a structured training experience designed to support entry into the professional world.
