Junior Naval HVAC Piping Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design and sizing of mechanical systems for marine applications, including HVAC systems, ventilation systems, hydronic systems, and piping systems;
- Use of engineering calculation software for HVAC and piping design, as well as drafting and 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, and Intergraph Smart 3D;
- Preparation and management of technical documentation, project specifications, manuals, and technical reports;
- Collaboration with the Marine team to achieve project objectives within agreed schedules and budgets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering; alternatively, a technical diploma in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering, or a Nautical Institute diploma;
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar role within the marine or shipbuilding industry;
- Proficiency in the following software:
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office Suite
- MicroStation
- Revit
- Intergraph Smart 3D
- Strong technical problem‑solving skills;
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
