You will be supporting with travel arrangements, calendar management and appointment scheduling. Operations support. You will be tasked, always under managerial guidance, with admin support for day-to-day operations of business, CRM management and Health & Safety support.
Office management. You will take part in local event organization, working closely with our event team based in Germany.



In addition to that, you will also provide local administrative support to the Office head.
You are an University student (either Bsc or Msc)or recent graduate in the fields of Humanities, Languages, communication, international cooperation.
A first experience working in a corporate context is desirable but not mandatory.
You have a self-assured appearance, feel comfortable in an international work environment and are able to communicate confidently in Italian and English.
