We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our Finance team and support the Accounts Payable (AP) function. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in accounting processes within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
The Accounting Intern will work closely with the accounting team, contributing to the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, expense reports, and payment activities while developing a strong understanding of financial operations and internal controls.
Role Purpose
- Support the Accounts Payable team in the processing and recording of supplier invoices.
- Verify invoice accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies and approval workflows.
- Assist in the reconciliation of vendor statements and resolution of discrepancies.
- Support payment preparation and monitoring activities.
- Maintain and update supplier master data within the accounting system.
- Assist with month‑end closing activities and AP account reconciliations.
- Archive and organize accounting documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to address accounting‑related inquiries.
- Support ad hoc accounting and finance projects as required.
How can you contribute
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in accounting and financial processes.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- English, both written and spoken.
