As an IT Project Manager, you will lead digital transformation initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT projects for clients operating across different industries. Lead and coordinate multi-market rollouts, ensuring alignment across different regions.
- Manage project planning, dependencies, costs, quality and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues and risks.
- Oversee testing, cutover, go-live and handover activities.
- Use Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI for project tracking and reporting.
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met. ✍️ Degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management , preferably in international or supply chain projects.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI .
- Fluent in Italian and English .
- Strong planning, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic international environment. Previous experience in Supply Chain projects and/or managing large-scale budgets would be a plus.
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications. Work model ~ Hybrid position: Work model: Hybrid (1 day per week on site).
Full-time Permanent or Freelance. CCNL Commercio (for permanent employees).

Compensation & Pay Transparency • Permanent contract: Gross Annual Salary in the range of EUR 30,000 – EUR 50,000 , depending on seniority, experience and skills.
- Freelance contract: Daily rate in the range of EUR 250–300/day , depending on experience and expertise.
- Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).
