- Collect, analyse, and translate business needs into clear IT requirements and project proposals.
- Assess, prioritise, and manage the IT demand pipeline in line with business value, strategic objectives, available capacity, and dependencies.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, budgets, and governance.
- Monitor project progress, costs, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables, implementing corrective actions when required. xysqume
- Provide clear status reporting to stakeholders and ensure successful delivery, adoption, and alignment of IT solutions with business expectations.
