Manage the complete operational process for FCL and LCL ocean export shipments.
Handle bookings, shipping documentation, bills of lading, VGM and shipping instructions.
Coordinate with ocean carriers, customers, suppliers and overseas partners.
Ensure the accuracy of documentation and compliance with operational procedures.
Monitor shipment progress and provide customers with timely updates.
Manage customer relationships directly throughout the shipping process.
Identify and resolve operational issues.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the same role within an international freight forwarding company.
Extensive experience managing FCL and LCL ocean export shipments.
Strong knowledge of international ocean freight procedures and documentation.
Ability to manage customer relationships and resolve operational issues independently.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Accurate, reliable and well organised.
Strong team-oriented mindset.
Ability to work with a high level of autonomy from the outset.
