Wärtsilä is seeking a Mechatronic Instructor to perform practical training at our training centre or on site, in face-to-face or virtual formats. The preferred base is Drunen, with possible placement in Trieste.

You will deliver Wärtsilä product training, develop materials, and set up simulators to enable hands-on learning for customers and Wärtsilians. The role requires 4-stroke engine and automation experience, strong English communication, and willingness to work in an international setting.
