Leonardo is seeking a Lead System Engineer to join the Systems Engineering team in the Integrated Sensing and Protection line.

You will shape algorithmic vision, drive capability roadmaps, and mentor colleagues across MBSE and MBD practices.

The role requires strong mathematical and physics background, experience in sensor modelling (EO/IR/RF), and expertise with Matlab/Simulink.
