The Technology & Innovation team of Grafton, global brand brand in charge of Professional Recruitment, is looking for an IT Business Applications Specialist focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities
Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Business Central
- Administer, configure, maintain, and continuously improve Dynamics 365 and Business Central.
- Translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
- Manage system changes, integrations, testing, releases, and support.
- Resolve issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with external partners.
- Maintain documentation, configurations, and governance standards.
- Ensure data quality, user access control, and system reliability.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Own and manage the Microsoft BI and reporting environment.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI.
- Translate business reporting needs into meaningful insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation and business intelligence.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
- Serve as the link between business stakeholders and technical solutions.
- Analyze processes and identify opportunities for digitalization and efficiency.
- Gather requirements, document processes, and support implementation.
- Challenge existing workflows and recommend improvements.
- Support users during testing, training, and system changes.
- Promote effective use of Microsoft technologies across the organization.
Integrations & Microsoft Ecosystem
- Support integrations between Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power BI, and other applications.
- Troubleshoot integration and data-flow issues with internal and external teams.
- Contribute to solutions using Power Platform,
Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Maintain a holistic view of system interactions across the Microsoft environment.
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in or lead system implementation and improvement projects.
- Manage system changes from testing to deployment and ongoing support.
- Build internal knowledge of systems and processes.
- Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, Power Platform, and Power BI.
About the Candidate
We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills, comfortable working independently in a hands-on operational environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365, Business Central, BI, or related Microsoft applications.
- Hands-on experience in configuration, administration, customization, and continuous improvement.
- Practical experience with Power BI dashboards, reporting, and data models.
- Strong understanding of business processes and improvement opportunities.
- Experience troubleshooting issues and performing root-cause analysis.
- Experience managing system changes through testing, UAT, and deployment.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of systems and projects.
- Microsoft certifications are a plus.
- Fluent English
Work Mode: full remote (frequent business trip to Lugano)
