INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER

Reporting directly to the Strategic Distribution Development Manager , this role is responsible for developing the business and driving sales growth across the Italian market through the management and acquisition of B2B customers. The position requires a strong presence in the field, with regular customer visits aimed at maintaining existing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening Blupura's market presence.
Main Accountabilities
Present and promote Blupura products and solutions Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure Negotiate commercial terms in line with company policies Ensure achievement of assigned sales, margin, and customer development targets Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to support the development of commercial strategies Identify growth opportunities and new business areas Maintain accurate and timely records of commercial activities within the company CRM system Use Business Intelligence tools (Power BI) to monitor sales KPIs, performance,
and business development opportunities Travel frequently across Italy to visit existing customers and prospects Participate in trade shows, industry events, and company-sponsored commercial initiatives Requirements ~3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales roles ~ Previous experience in industrial sectors, durable goods, plant engineering, HoReCa, beverage equipment, or related industries is preferred ~ Good knowledge of CRM systems ~ Ability to use reporting and data analysis tools, such as Power BI or equivalent platforms ~ Good command of the English language ~ Strong results-oriented mindset ~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ~ High willingness to travel extensively within Italy to meet existing and prospective customers Base Salary (Gross Annual Salary): €40,000 - €45,000 Annual Performance Premio (MBO): Up to 10% of the annual base salary, linked to the achievement of agreed sales and business development targets.
