Meaningful work from Day OneAs an intern in Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading organizations through assessment, design, transition, work process improvements or working directly with a function. This is not your typical HR internship – you will have truly meaningful projects to work on. All our HR roles provide the chance to define your skills, apply them in a professional setting, and have a direct impact on business results.
At this internship, your projects will deliver deep understanding in areas such as Employee & Labor Relations, HR Business Partnership, Employee Engagement, Organization Design, Project Management, etc.
You might be involved in:
- leading change and handling the transformation of the organization
- the design and delivery of an end-to-end employee engagement project
- taking business and organization decisions based on data analytics
- the external benchmarking of HR development systems and presentations to the Senior HR Management

Job Qualifications
- are a Master student or recent graduate in a related field, with demonstrated leadership skills
- are fluent in Italian and have an excellent ability to communicate in English
- are available for a 6 months internship
- have knowledge of data analytics and systems navigation and the ability to deliver breakthrough results
- have creativity, innovation, initiative and follow-through with your goals, along with strong written and verbal communication skills
