Reporting to the HR Director Europe and the Head of Learning & Development, the role will oversee Learning & Development activities for Italy (hands-on management of local processes) and serve as the point of reference in deploying global initiatives across the EMEA region.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssess training needs and design/implement learning and development programs.
Act as the reference point for the performance appraisal process and employee development.
Partner with managers to identify internal talent, define career paths and support succession planning.
Develop strategies to improve talent retention and strengthen employee engagement.
Monitor key talent metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
Stay up to date on HR/L&D; trends and best practices.
Requirements5+ years of experience in Talent Management & Development within international, structured organizations.
Strong knowledge of performance management systems and key development initiatives.
Proven experience using and maintaining complex HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Google Suite).Fluent English; French is a plus.
Location & TravelCatelfrranco Emilia (1 day/week lavoro da remoto).Availability to travel approximately one week every two months.
