What Can You Expect?
- Career Path: Start with a permanent contract from day one. Over 12 months, experience two rotations across departments and transition into a landing role where you can continue to grow.

Who are We Looking For?
If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply:
- You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate within the next 6 months with a master’s degree in Engineering, STEM disciplines, Business, or related fields, and are available to work full-time.
- You are fluent in English and Italian.
- You bring international experience, whether through study, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment.
- You are a career starter with no more than one year of professional experience.
- You have the legal right to work in Italy (e.g., residency, visa).
- You are committed, curious, and eager to take ownership of projects while thriving in a team environment.
- You see formal training as just the beginning and aim to make a difference in everything you do.
