New Startup (Social Media) is seeking a founding-team Community Growth & Marketing Lead to own early user growth, community momentum, and brand partnerships across Italy.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving startup.

You will activate local groups, manage ambassadors, run events, and build campaigns that move culture, while forging sponsored collaborations with brands to drive participation and visibility.
