Overview Ready to build your professional path in Portugal? We are hiring customer-centric Italian support staff to join our diverse team in Lisbon. As the main contact point for Italian-speaking customers, you will handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online chats. Main Accountabilities
- Client Engagement: Answer incoming requests from Italian-speaking users via phone, email, and live messaging with courtesy and professionalism.
- Issue Troubleshooting: Analyze customer difficulties, uncover underlying problems, and deliver prompt, efficient, and tailored answers.
- Data Logging: Record comprehensive logs of conversations, service requests, and outcome steps in our internal CRM systems.
- Target Achievement: Satisfy key team standards, such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Average Handle Time (AHT).
- Ongoing Learning: Attend regular instruction workshops to remain informed on product updates, internal policies, and standard operating routines.
Qualifications
- Language Capabilities: Fluent or advanced C1/C2 mastery of Italian (oral and written); intermediate B2 level English required for workplace collaboration, instruction, and software navigation.
- Schedule Flexibility: Readiness to work variable, round-the-clock rotational shifts.
- Workplace Presence: Mandatory physical presence at our Lisbon facility.
- Right to Work:
EU/EEA citizenship, an EU passport, or valid Portuguese employment authorization.
- Key Attributes: Strong communication abilities, effective listening, stress tolerance, and an action-oriented mindset.
Compensation Models
- Option A: Local Contract (For Local Residents)
- Gross Salary: €1,262.33 monthly (distributed over 12 payments)
- Housing: Independently arranged accommodation
- Best For: Existing Lisbon residents or candidates who prefer managing their own living setup
- Option B: Relocation Package (For Candidates Relocating to Lisbon)
- Gross Salary: €1,059.00 monthly (distributed over 12 payments)
- Housing Included: Single bedroom in shared corporate lodging, with basic utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet) fully covered
- Travel Support: Flight expense reimbursement following successful probation completion, along with airport pickup service
