Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A. is seeking a CVM Manager for Europe to plan, develop, and execute the CVM roadmap.

You will translate customer data into actionable commercial strategies, drive client engagement, and strengthen a consistent clienteling culture across the European retail network. The role reports to the Head of Client Engagement & CVM - Europe and requires leadership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with retail, area managers and HQ.
